Chicken Farming Business Development Strategy and Its Impact on the Economy of the Bolli Village Community Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency

The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the description of the chicken farming business strategy in the economy of the Bolli village community, Maiwa sub-district, Enrekang district. (2) to determine the external and internal factors in the development of chicken farming businesses and their impact on the economy of the Bolli village community, Maiwa sub-district, Enrekang district. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study conducted in Bolli Village, Enrekang Regency regarding the chicken farming business development strategy show a market strategy by developing a more efficient marketing concept and paying attention to the quality of more modern livestock productivity and managing existing resources so that they can be utilized better. In developing a business strategy, chicken farming in Bolli village prioritizes market targets and increases promotion.
