Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine work discipline towards ASN/employees at the south sulawesi Selatan provincial KPU office. Using qualitative research methods. The results of the study indicate that good work discipline is determined by obedience to time, obedience to organizational rules, obedience to behavior at work, obedience to other regulations, so as a civil servant at the KPU office must be more consistent, professionalism, reflect a good attitude, consistently and in caring for work so that it can create a work environment that supports the apparatus to further support the discipline of the KPU apparatus. Individual factors themselves

(internal) such as personality. And work enthusiasm, while external factors include job satisfaction, work environment, and leadership, in addition to a person's willingness and awareness to obey, all of which can lead KPU officers to become more disciplined
