Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research aims to analyze the influence of discipline and work motivation on employee work productivity. This research data was obtained from questionnaires and observations from employees.The research method used is quantitative with analysis techniques using validity and reliability tests with hypothesis testing, namely the F test, T test, multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination (R2). The total sample was 60 respondents using the Slovin technique.The results of the research show that the results of the t test for the discipline variable have a partial effect on work productivity with the calculated t test result (7.132) > t table (2.002) and the work motivation variable has an effect on work productivity with the calculated t value (19.614) > t table (2.002) . For the f test results, the variables discipline and work motivation have an effect simultaneously with the calculated f value (824.481) > f table (3.16). Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, it was also stated that the effect was positive, and the coefficient of determination (R2) was 96.5%, which means that the dependent variable was influenced by the independent variable and the remaining 3.5% was influenced by variables that were not studied.
