Pelaksanaan Program UMKM Pt. Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Masyarakat Di Kabupaten Maros

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) program by PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) and the extent of its contribution in improving services to the community in Maros Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of unit heads, employees, and MSME actors who received assistance from PNM. The results of the study indicate that the PNM program, especially through the Mekaar service and the Micro Capital Service Unit (ULaMM), has had a positive impact on the development of community businesses. Business capital assistance, management training, and business assistance provided by PNM have encouraged MSME actors, both micro, small, and medium, to increase production capacity, financial management, and market access. However, the implementation of the program still faces obstacles, including limited advanced training, lack of digital promotion, and the need for additional capital for further business development. In conclusion, the MSME program by PT. PNM has a significant influence in supporting business sustainability and improving community services. It is recommended that PNM increase the intensity of training and expand access to financing so that MSME empowerment can run more optimally and sustainably.
