Dampak Kecerdasaan Emosional dan Kecerdasaan Intelektual Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Puskesmas Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros

This study aims to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Intellectual Intelligence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of 45 individuals. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test and t-test. The results of the study indicate a partial influence, with the coefficient value of Emotional Intelligence at 0.422 or 42.2%, and the coefficient value of Intellectual Intelligence at 0.572 or 57.2%. This means that Emotional Intelligence and Intellectual Intelligence contribute significantly to the performance of employees at the Bantimurung Health Center, Maros Regency. And the study shows the calculated F value of 33,695 is greater than the F table value of 1,681, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that the variables of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence together have a significant effect on employee performance.
