Effectiveness of Electronic Attendance in Improving Employee Work Discipline at the Office of the Cultural Preservation Center Region XIX, South Sulawesi Province. Supervised by Aras Solong and Djainuddin Manggasingang. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of electronic attendance in improving employee work discipline at the Office of the Cultural Preservation Center Region XIX, South Sulawesi Province and to determine the impact of electronic attendance. The type of research used is qualitative. The research informants consisted of organizational and management data managers, public service staff, personnel management staff, correspondence staff, and personnel administration staff. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis takes the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of electronic attendance in improving employee work discipline at the Office of the Cultural Preservation Center Region However, it can be seen from the point that job satisfaction is still lacking and there are still employees who feel pressed for time with this electronic absence. The impacts provided are increased work productivity, increased work motivation, and increased productivity.
