Komunikasi Kepemimpinan : Bagaimana Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Kelurahan

This research aims to determine the leadership patterns used between village heads and employees at the Sudiang Raya Village Head Office, Makassar City, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing organizational communication patterns at the Sudiang Raya Village Head Office, Makassar City. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this thesis are interviews and observation. The informants in the research are six (6) people from the Sudiang Raya Village Head Office, Makassar City who will be asked for their opinions regarding the leadership pattern in that place. The results of this research show that the communication patterns used at the Sudiang Raya Village Head Office are the Circle Pattern, Wheel Pattern, and Y Pattern. Meanwhile, the supporting factors are (1) Personal relationships, (2) Communication Media, (3) Facilities and ( 4) Time. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in organizational communication patterns are more directed towards (1) less than optimal supporting facilities, (2) hierarchy in the organization and (3) relationships that are not too personal.
