This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of SI PATUH in supporting work discipline of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Transmigration, Manpower, and Industry Service of East Luwu Regency. This system is implemented to improve the accuracy of attendance recording and reduce the potential for data manipulation in employee attendance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires given to 50 employees as respondents. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression, validity and reliability tests, and partial tests (t-tests). The results of the study indicate that SI PATUH has a significant influence on employee work discipline, with a correlation value (R) of 0.833 indicating a strong relationship, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 69.4%, which means that this system contributes greatly to improving employee discipline. This finding is in line with the theory of S.P. Siagian (2013) and Melayu Hasibuan (2009) regarding the role of attendance in measuring employee work discipline. However, this study has limitations in the scope of the agencies and the variables analyzed. Therefore, further research is recommended to expand the scope and consider other factors such as motivation, organizational culture, and leadership.
