ABSTRACT

This study aims to: (1) find out how the implementation of the Family Welfare Card program is, (2) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Family Welfare Card program. The type of research used by the researcher is qualitative with observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques with data analysis techniques using interactive methods with stages; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. The implementation of the Family Welfare Card program in Bolong Village, North Walenrang District, Luwu Regency has been implemented optimally, but there is still one variable that has not been implemented properly, namely Disposition. Supporting factors for the KKS program have been implemented properly, such as; community enthusiasm, the government is close to the community and there is good coordination between the agencies involved. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors such as; aid is not in the right facilities, aid is not in accordance with the expected quality, and rice distribution is not on time
