Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership communication patterns implemented by the Human Resource Development (HRD) department in enhancing employee performance at PT. FKS Multi Agro Tbk. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed in this research, involving observations, in-depth interviews with HRD personnel and employees, as well as documentation analysis. The findings reveal that HRD not only performs administrative functions but also plays a strategic role as a liaison between management and employees. The communication patterns applied are open, participative, and empathetic, fostering employee trust in HRD as the primary point of contact for voicing concerns or seeking solutions. Key factors supporting effective communication include openness, responsiveness, and a personal approach. On the other hand, the main barriers identified are differences in perception, time constraints, and a complex organizational structure. In conclusion, HRD’s effective leadership communication patterns significantly contribute to the development of a collaborative and productive work culture. These findings offer valuable insights for advancing organizational communication and strategic HRD practices in large-scale companies
